MachSpeed Oasis Video Player with MP3, FM Radio, Recorder, Photo Viewer, Ebook Reader and USB Flash Drive

I fell in love with this machine the moment I got it, but it didn't last long. After receiving the player, I charged it, put music, videos, books and more on it and off I went. When the power ran down and needed to be charged a week later, I plugged it in and the screen went white. I called tech support and was told I had damaged the screen somehow. HUH? It worked perfect until the moment I plugged it in. They told me to send it back and I'm waiting to see what happens now.
Other than this I love it. I've read about some people having trouble with the ebook reader, I think I know why, it ONLY reads TEXT files, not lit, pdf, or word file.
